Mary & Troy

Mary & Troy were married in July at a Private Property on the Puget Sound in Washington. It was a summery celebration complete with fresh caught local oysters & an epic late night dance party.

Their color palette was inspired by oyster shells, the NW & the beautiful water surrounding. The florals were the perfect balance of soft & subtle while also dynamic & layered. Cool toned floral palettes are very underrated if you ask us!

Mary’s bouquet featured a soft mix of the day’s florals including the last of the season’s icelandic poppies - a sentimental addition! The bridesmaids bouquets were similar, though leaning more towards the watm & neutral colors in the palette to play off their lavender & soft blue dress tones.

The ceremony was anchored by the organic aisle shape. Inspired by the waves of the surrounding water - this design detail was carried through the signage & paper goods - as you’ll see in the seating chart below. Not to mention the one of a kind table design! The florals effortlessly flowed along the organic aisle shape. From one color to the next, each section unique with it’s own texture & color features. Big, purple allium, tall blue delphinium & vibrant yellow yarrow anchored the florals. Featuring all local blooms this was such a fun install to execute on the warm July day!

The only detail to rival the ceremony aisle was the long flowing dining tables. Nineteen tables in total flowed along the winding road of the property. The tables were beautifully designed by Amber of A Renee Weddings. Creating such an inviting, atmospheric feel as far down as you could see. We finished off the space with lush ground florals capping the breaks in the tables & framing the seating chart.
